Child safe blinds from Curtains Made for you

New legislation has recently been brought out to ensure that all types of blinds are safer for children. It requires that new blinds must be “safe by design” or be supplied with the appropriate child safety devices. At Curtains Made for You we have sought advice to ensure that all the blinds we supply are fully compliant with these new standards. As a result our blinds now come fitted to a headrail and contain an orb safety breakaway system which will ensure that if pressure is applied to the blind the breakaway system will come into effect and there is no risk of strangulation. A breakaway cord connector and cleat will also be supplied.
