Who I am
Hello, I'm Pat Nottingham and I live in the Cotswolds with my husband Jeremy. We really enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside that surrounds Stroud and the 5 Valleys. I've been making curtains and roman blinds for family and friends for over 30 years and in 2008 decided to turn my hobby into a business, so Curtains Made For You was born. Since then I have enjoyed meeting lots of wonderful people, have visited many lovely homes, often in parts of Gloucestershire I never knew existed.
What I do
I provide a personal service for customers who have chosen their curtain fabric (I supply lining fabric) and now want it making up into made to measure curtains and blinds, especially roman blinds. I can also alter existing curtains and blinds, as well as making cushions, beanbags, seatpads and accessories such as pelmets and tie-backs.
I am happy to provide advice by phone or e-mail and to receive fabric, and despatch completed curtains and blinds, by post or courier for work outside Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds. My aim is to always provide both a high quality of service and a professional standard of workmanship, achieved through much of my curtain making being done by hand.
