Linings

Lining curtains helps to protect the main fabric and helps curtains to hang well as well as their main task of filtering light. There are a number of options for lining depending on exactly what you want.

Cotton lining

Cotton lining will protect your curtains from the effects of sun and dirt.

Thermal

If you need to keep draughts and cold out, then thermal lining is recommended.

Blackout

Blackout lining is particularly useful on bedroom curtains where you want to keep out as much light as possible. Especially good for children's rooms in the summer!

Interlining

Interlining provides an extra layer inserted between lining and fabric. Also helps with windows where there may be draughts or a lot of noise. Interlining is particularly useful for door curtains.
